Tim's natural accent drives Harvey out-of-his-mind insane with lust. The only time Tim reverts to his natural accent is when Quentin yells "CUT!". Therefore, if Harvey screws up dialogue or misses his cue in a scene he can't be blamed.

It's worth it to hear Tim quirk an eyebrow and playfully ask him "wot the bloody 'ell" he's doing.
